Disease/Injury
Extensor carpi ulnaris is one of the muscles affected by lateral epicondylitis, commonly referred to as ‘tennis elbow’.

Wrist extensions make your forearm and wrist muscles strong and healthy. Stand upright and hold a barbell in front of your thighs with your palms facing your body. Repeatedly extend your hands forward to lift the bar and lower it back down.
