Heat regulation , control of evaporation, storage and synthesis like skin is a storage site for lipids and water, as well as it is a means for synthesis of vitamin D. Excretion of sweat which contains urea, absorption, water resistance so essential nutrients does not washed out of the body.

Diseases of skin include variety of diseases including from acne commonly known as pimples. Dermatosis, eczema, vesiculation, erythroderma, furunculosis, impetigo, Keratonosis, leucoderma, lichen, lupus and psoriasis.
