  • Apricot crunch

    Preheat apricots in oven. Add some oats, flaked almonds, sesame seeds, and a little honey. Mix well.

  • Cous cous salad

    Take 1/2 cup boiled broken wheat, 1 cup cucumber cubes, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, 1 cup torn lettuce, 1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves. Add salt & black pepper. Mix well.

  • Java plum ice cream

    Mix 2tbsp corn flour in 1/2 cup cold milk, heat 3/4 litre remaining milk in non-stick pan & add corn flour mixture, stir till it become thick, add sugar free after it cools, add 2 cups Java plum, mix well, pour into air-tight container, deep freeze for 6 hours, blend it, freeze it again till it sets.

  • Clear vegetable tofu soup

    Boil 1 cup mushrooms, 3 cup vegetable stock, 1 cup cubed tofu, 1 tsp chili & ginger paste. Mix well. Add lemon juice, soya & tomato sauce. Serve hot.

  • Spicy fenugreek

    Heat oil in pan. Add 2 tbsp oil, asafoetida, red chili powder, turmeric, & dry mango powder. Add 4 tbsp of boiled fenugreek. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot.

  • Cucumber salad

    Mix cucumber, curd, finely chopped green chili and salt. Decorate with cilantro. It makes a good filling snack.

  • Bermi bread

    Take a cup of wheat flour, add salt, and make dough. Mix 3 tbsp soaked green dal, finely chopped spring onions, chili powder, and cumin seeds. Stuff this and make bread.

  • Black millet turn over

    Mix 1 cup black millet flour, 1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves, chopped garlic, 1 tsp low fat curd, salt and make dough. Make filling by mixing 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese, 1 green chili, turmeric, chopped tomato & coriander, salt. Make stuffed bread with this filling.

  • Soya masala

    Cook 1/2 cup soya chunks in pressure cooker. Heat 1 tbsp oil, add cumin, 1 cup chopped onion & tomatoes, turmeric,1 tsp ginger-garlic-chili paste, and cooked soya with salt to pan. Cook for 7 minutes. Serve hot

  • Bread bhurji

    Make chunks of bread. Add turmeric, cumin, 1 green chili, 1 tsp ginger, & onion to hot oil in pan. Add bread chunks. Mix well and saute till it turns brown.

  • Instant corn dhokla

    Mix 1 cup corn, 1 cup semolina, 1/2 cup curd, salt, 2 tsp chili paste, fruit salt, lemon juice. Blend & make paste. Add half cup water, mix well, and pour in a flat plate and batter evenly. Steam for 10 minutes, cut into pieces and garnish with coriander and coconut. Serve with green sauce.

  • Honey sweet lime dish

    Take a cup of banana pieces, 1 cup sweet lime sections, half cup honey, 1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves. Combine all and serve fresh.

  • Carrot mix

    Mix carrot, curd, finely chopped green chili, cumin powder and salt. Garnish with cilantro. It makes a good snack.

  • Tangy popcorns

    Preheat oven. Mix popcorn with cumin + garlic powder +pepper. Toss and bake for 10 minutes.

  • Crispy bitter gourd

    Apply salt to a cup of thinly sliced bitter gourd and leave for 5 minutes. Add gram flour, turmeric, chili powder, salt, & 1 tsp oil. Mix & put in microwave for 3 minutes. Fry it in preheated oil in a pan till it becomes crispy.
