The corrugator supercilii is located below each eyebrow.

Origin

Frontal bone.

Insertion

Into the skin below the eyebrow.

Blood supply

Ophthalmic artery.

Nerve supply

Facial nerve.

Action

This muscle produces the wrinkles of the forehead and also helps in frowning and squinting.
