Arrhythmias, when associated with shortness of breath, dizziness or weakness, can be a sign of an impending heart failure or heart attack. Arrhythmias when left untreated can lead to stroke.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sweating<\/strong> is another symptom; some people might experience excessive cold sweats.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shortness of breath<\/strong>\u00a0is also associated with heart problems which usually occurs with pulmonary conditions like asthma or COPD.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Edema<\/strong> is another vital indicator of heart disease. Swelling mostly occurs in feet, ankles, legs or abdomen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>High blood pressure<\/strong> and <strong>high cholesterol<\/strong> can lead to development of serious heart complications, so you should always keep a check on your blood pressure and cholesterol levels.<\/li>\n<li>Heart patients often complain of <strong>anxiety<\/strong>\u00a0and <strong>fear.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Heart problems\u00a0can also lead to <strong>dizziness<\/strong>\u00a0or <strong>lightheadedness.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Fatigue<\/strong> is another symptom which people suffering from heart disease complain about.
