  3. Sweating profusely
  4. Sudden headache

Both conditions need immediate attention. A quick call to the emergency unit of hospital in the nick of time might just save a life.

Prevention of stroke and heart attack:

  1. Regularly getting an annual checkup done by your doctor.
  2. Following his/her advice.
  3. Eating healthy foods.
  4. Getting plenty of rest.
  5. Exercising daily.
